Trial Scheduled in Wells Fargo Derivative Action

On April 11, 2024, Judge Thompson confirmed that the consolidated action would be scheduled for trial on March 31, 2025. The case has proceeded with co-lead plaintiffs the City of Pontiac Reestablished General Employees’ Retirement System, and Amy J.
