BFA Welcomes Nancy A. Kulesa as Partner
Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP (“BFA”) announces that Nancy A. Kulesa (“Kulesa”) has joined the firm to help expand its growing securities and corporate governance practice on behalf of institutional and individual investors. Kulesa joins BFA as a partner in the New York City office.
Kulesa has a successful litigation track record and a history of providing exceptional legal service to institutional investors for almost twenty years. She will continue to focus her practice on securities class action prosecution, and on advising institutional investors on issues of securities litigation and other investor related litigation.
Prior to BFA, Kulesa was a partner at a well-established national securities litigation firm where she created and directed the Portfolio Monitoring Service practice. Kulesa is an experienced litigator, having led numerous high-profile cases in state and federal courts. Throughout her career, she has represented institutional investors in cases against some of the world’s leading corporations.
Kulesa received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University and graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
