BFA Partner Anne K. Davis Appointed to Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association’s (CLA) Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Section
Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP is pleased to announce that firm partner, Anne K. Davis, has been appointed to the executive committee of the California Lawyers Association’s (CLA) Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Section. The CLA is dedicated to the professional advancement of lawyers practicing in the state of California, with more than 60,000 attorney members.
The Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Section furthers knowledge of its members on antitrust, unfair competition and trade regulation law. As part of the committee, Davis and other members are charged with overseeing the Section’s current activities and developing new programs and initiatives to further the development of antitrust and competition law in California. A core component of the Executive Committee’s work is to provide opportunities to develop the next generation of California antitrust and unfair competition law practitioners. Through its substantive offerings – including the California Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Treatise, the Competition journal, e-publications, CLE programs, and live events and webinars, such as the annual Golden State Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Institute – the Section provides cutting-edge perspectives on legal developments in California and federal antitrust and UCL laws that affect California consumers, businesses, and practitioners.
