BFA partner Anne Davis moderated a panel titled ‘Recent Developments in Antitrust Law’ at this year’s Golden State Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Institute (GSI) in San Francisco. The event gathered leaders from the private and public sectors, along with academics, experts, and judges, for an insightful multi-session conference on the latest developments in antitrust law, trials, and enforcement. It was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders and stay informed on the evolving legal landscape.
