BFA Founder Javier Bleichmar Speaks on the Securities Litigation Panel at NAPPA

Alongside distinguished guests and practitioners, Javier shared insights into the development and management of effective securities litigation programs, while also highlighting the importance of global shareholder litigation and the rapidly expanding complexities facing the legal landscape today. “The importance of having institutional investors serve as lead plaintiff cannot be underestimated,” Javier highlighted, “particularly in cases that are small or medium size, but that are very strong on the merits, given that over $1 billion were recovered in 2023 in these types of cases.”
