BFA Appointed Lead Counsel in UiPath Securities Class Action
On September 5, 2024, Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York appointed Simone Brunozzi as Lead Plaintiff and BFA as Lead Counsel in In re UiPath Securities Litigation.
In appointing BFA as Lead Counsel, Magistrate Judge Aaron stated that “the Court finds BFA is well qualified to serve as lead counsel” given the firm’s “pertinent background and experience, including its experience litigating securities class actions.”
