BFA Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Securities Class Action Against CVS Health Corporation

On December 5, 2024, Judge Garnett of the District Court of the Southern District of New York the Court appointed BFA as Co-Lead Counsel to represent court-appointed Co-Lead Plaintiffs Louisiana Sheriffs’ Pension and Relief Fund, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, and City of Miami Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Retirement Trust and the class in the case against CVS Health Corporation.
 

In appointing BFA, the court noted BFA’s significant experience and success in litigating securities class actions similar to this action against CVS.
