BFA Appointed as Lead Counsel in Securities Class Action Against the Toronto-Dominion Bank

On January 16, 2025, Judge Subramanian of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York appointed BFA as Lead Counsel to represent the court-appointed Lead Plaintiff and the putative class in the securities class action against The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
 
In appointing BFA, the Court noted BFA’s significant knowledge, experience, and resources in litigating securities class actions like this action against The Toronto Dominion Bank.
